All services can be customized and modified to fit your individual needs. The prices below are main packages and services can be deducted and added to depending on your individual needs. Postpartum packages available as well.

Birth Doula Services

  • 2 prenatal visits in your home or on zoom

  • 1 postpartum visit in your home

  • labor support on birth day through 2 hours postpartum

  • email and phone support from time of hire through 3 months postpartum

  • photos and/or video documentation of your special day

  • labor comfort measures such as TENS and Rebozo

  • comfort measure training for partner

  • birth and postpartum planning guide

  • breastfeeding support

Investment: $2000


Postpartum doula services

  • postpartum planning guide

  • postpartum planning session in your home

  • emotional and physical support during postpartum healing

  • provide information, resources and referrals as needed

  • feeding education and support: breast, bottle, pumping

  • baby related chores, meal preparation, etc.

  • routine infant care and support

  • email and phone support during contract

  • baby wearing guidance

  • 4 hour minimum day/ 8 hour minimum night shift

$50 per hour
